  1. all aquatice, temperature is irrelevant, usually the medusa stage (jellyfish) adapts to the temperature before allowing more polyps (eggs of the jelly fish) to grow. inland and at sea (at sea, there are more as they have inhabited the sea for much longer)

    there are some boiling waters (due to volcanic heating) that allow jellyfish to survive inland, due to adaption, trial and error, etc.
