What areas in the Bronx would you recommend in buying a Coop.

I would look on Pelham Parkway first.  Then the Grand Concourse.  You can also check the Castle Hill area or even Parkchester.  I would be cautious as to which area in Parkchester you purchase.  I believe it's split into a north and south division and depending which area you buy in they seem to have different rules, different levels of security and maintenance.

First choice Riverdale but that is top dollar.  Like swimming, fishing and boating then Throggs Neck.  Grand Concourse, Parkchester
