  1. .   The complete truth will make you win.  If it sounds like you are "bending" your story to make you sound more innocent, then they won't believe anything you say.  The truth.... even if some parts of it make you look bad.


  2. Wrongly accused of what? I need more details.

  3. Alibi, no intent to commit the crime, crime is outside the accused's character, no motive, no evidence, illegal search and seizure--I could tell you more if I knew what the facts were and the crime charged.
