  1. Lactic acid is a chemical structure made out of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen in a chain-like form. It is also known as milk acid.


  2. I'm pretty sure white=Hydrogen, Red=Oxygen, and Black=Carbon.

    H - white ones

    O - red ones

    the red-white combos are also called alcohol functional groups =]
