What attracts a male iguana's attention?

my iguana is igoring me. plz help me! if you do an excellent job, and the answer helps and it's true i'll vote you as the best answer!

his favorite treat maybe. and no there is no p**p baggies. you can just use an ordinary baggie to pick the p**p up. or if you have bushes and grass, you can just burry it in the grass. hoped i helped you!

I put a cooked green bean on a fork, dip it in spaghetti sauce, and wave it in front of Iggy's nose. Works every time! He loves 'em.

He also loves canned turnip greens, canned spinach, and stuff like that.

Find out what yours likes and start feeding to him as treats. Then when he sees you he will start looking to see if you have a treat.

My Iggy is over 3 feet long including his tail. That's why I use a fork. He got too excited once and accidentally bit me. Talking about sharp teeth--you can't see the teeth, but he put a big gash in my finger. So now I use a fork when I feed treats to him.

I just put the p**p outside under the bushes. Since he only eats plants, the p**p is not considered harmful. You should not put p**p outside from animals that eat meat, such as dogs and cats, because sometimes harmful parasites are in the p**p and they can spread if you put the p**p outside.

Some male iguananas are grumpy and some are just plain mean. Females rarely have attitude problems. I hope yours learns to appreciate you.

You can try to tempt him with a favorite treat.  Most reptiles don't exactly want to interact with people, but they can learn to accept it.
