  1. I have to agree that I think this is a little silly but to each their own. I would suggest serving your food with some wasabi. Smear the wasabi paste on your food or sprinkle wasabi powder on it and I doubt you will be overeating!

  2. Try shrimp paste, a kind of food condiment from south east asia. It smell like rotten seafood and smelly socks put together but the asians like it. hahahaha

  3. garlic

  4. that's very stupid. Instead of punishing yourself, load your plate with veggies- an extremely full plate of veggies has about 50 calories, it's delicious, and good for you. Eat your salad or your veggies before you eat the entree and you'll eat less fatty foods that are bad for you.

  5. Not too many people want to make their food taste awful, hence spices were chosen because people think they taste and smell good.

Some people have a personal distaste for a particular spice, but it's impossible to predict what yours might be.  If everyone thought a something tasted awful, we never would have identified it as a spice.

    Sorry.

  6. Use the volumetric approach - eat more low calorie food.

Don't punish yourself - reward yourself with great tasting, freshly prepared reasonable amounts of nutritious foods.

  7. It is not a spice, but if you want to waste your food, sprinkle some Patis on it.

  8. Try fresh Durian
