What axel load the indian national highway minor bridges are designed?

there is a load of 250 mt to be transported on a 16 axel trailer. the trailer would be 35 meter long on hydraulic axles having 8 wheels each.there are two minor bridges to be crossed. so each axel would have 15 ton load. is it safe?
