Darker colors.

Light colors get stained easily, so if you get white bands they will turn yellow and make your teeth look yellow.

I used to have brace and I had navy blue and dark purple they looked really nice and made my teeth look so white!

Steer clear of pink and white cos if you eat something like curry they go orange!
