What band/song is this music video for?

The music video is primarily black & white with a little bit or red for blood. Its an animated video and the whole time it shows some goofy looking guy mutilating himself. He's cutting off his eyelids and lips, he took off finger nails, and towards the end he had a string tied to his tooth with the other end attached to the door like he's going to pull it out.
