What bank would give me a savings account depsite the fact....?

...I have a charge off from another bank...please...no stupid lectures from morons, just tell me what bank will give me a bank account. I live in baltimore. 10 points for the most accurate answer.

most any banks will since it is a savings account -- build up the account slowly but regularly and within several months you should be able to get a checking account threre!!!

I had one from Wells Fargo & I went to a credit union & opened an account with no problems.
