I cannot think of any. Biscayne does not run along the water. Collins ave. and Ocean drive does. Perhaps you are referring to Sunny Isles Beach.

There is no beach along Biscayne...a park or two and city streets...with a water front to the east...

Gaia's got it. The water is  Biscayne Bay. And, you'll only see a glimpse of it, at best, from where you cross the Miami River for a few blocks north (and you may see a bit more of it as you pass the Julia Tuttle Causeway). But, it's never more than a few hundred yards away all the way up.
