  1. Ft. Desoto Park near St. Petersburg was chosen as the best beach in the US a few years ago.  Caladesi Island near Dunedin was chosen as the best beach in the US this year.


  2. My personal favorite place to stay in Florida is called the Cottages of Paradise Point, the beach has white sand and is a good place to spend some time in the sun.
