I found this picture on the internet but it didn't have any details with it. I want to know where this place is so I can go there. Looks like a famous place, someone must know where it is.

CHILE.......the large structure central right is the San Alfonso del Mar Resort at Algarrobo, on Chile's southern coast.

It's claim to fame aside from being a top notch resort is that it has the " LARGEST " swimming pool in the world.

If you search " largest swimming pool " that same picture will come up.

It can't possibly be CHILIE !!  There's no Ocean!!!  

The incredible wealth represented in those seafront properties speak for hugely disposable oil wealth spent on artificial islands populated with worldclass architectural designs.  It's no doubt the first developments in the Emir's pet project to expand his landbound emirate into the Gulf flats.  Does the idiot emir plan to offer Dubai-backed-insurance against the next cyclone, or dikes against the inevitable sea level rise-- or doesn't he read the tea leaves??
