What beaches aren't dead zones in may?

Most beaches i know in my area are ghost towns until end of june. Are there any around the Atlantic city/Ocean city area (kind of near me) that would have things to do middle of may?

Nah, I think most of them will be dead until June, simply because people won't be going on vacation until the kiddos get out of school...
