  1. You're going to BRING a bonfire?  In what, your Pontiac Firebird?

    Every city's rules are different--you're just going to have to check out each city's website or contact the fire depts or lifeguards.  I know Huntington State beach does--it was rated "best bonfire beach".  

    Happy birthday, and stick a birthday candle on those s'mores! :-)
