  1. Heineken is a brand and they make varieties with different alcohol content, especially for export. Hefeweizen is a style of beer, which can be strong or weak or anywhere in between.

    So you can't compare.


  2. The term Hefeweizen refers to wheat beer in its traditional, unfiltered form. It is available in a number of other stronger forms including; Dunkelweizen (dark wheat), and Weizenstarkbier (strong wheat beer), commonly referred to as Weizenbock. The dark wheat varieties typically have a much higher alcohol content than their lighter cousins.
