BS. Beer when used in moderation has been shown to increase your life span. It is one of the healthiest beverages you can consume. Educate yourself rather than spouting false propaganda.

My favorite beer? I have no idea...there are so many to choose from and I haven't had them all yet. My favorite styles are Imperial Stouts, Barleywines, Rye Pale Ales, Lambics, Quads, Wits and IPAs. My favorite brewers are Dogfish Head, Rochefort, Ommegang, Great Lakes, Bell's, Founders, St. Bernardus... and a few others.

The best beers I've ever had... Westvleteren 12, Oak Aged Black Out Stout from Great Lakes and Dogfish Head's World Wide Stout.

Miller Lite Vs. Bud Light -

Neither... both are chemically altered, corn based c**p. If you must insist on drinking a pale lager drink one with taste or character. Even a PBR is better than either of those two. It at least has flavor. Or a Samuel Adam's...it has hops. For a clean crisp and refreshing pale lager get a Straub. For flavor... stay away from them altogether.

What are you talking about? Gablinger's Diet Beer was introduced in 1967 as a marketing gimmick to get women to drink beer. When it failed Miller purchased the formula and create Lite by Miller marketing it to the health crazed crowd. It was later renamed Miller Lite to help establish it a true Miller product.

Where did you get the c**p about Sam Adam's Light? It is probably the only Light beer worth drinking.

PS.  "Lite" is a registered tradmark of the SABMiller corperation. When referring to any diet beer other than Miller's it is proper to spell it using the proper "light" spelling. Using a tradmarked name to refer to any product in the category causes polarization in the market place and is just free advertising and marketing for that company.

My favorites are Guinness, Harps and Bass - I love a good Black and Tan.  I wont drink Lite beers - if I want water, I will get a glass of water.
