  1. It's good for your upper body obviously because of hitting the ball, and it's good for your abs, during the point of contact, and it's also good for your legs, because of the running and whatnot. Of course, it also builds up stamina, because tennis matches can be quite long, a couple hours if you're playing a full best of 5 match. And the best thing is, you can play tennis at any age!

  4. You work on endurance by playing set on a very very hot court (if its outdoors) If you warmup properly then your legs will get in shape from running to streach out. You can do other things to work on core and upper body strength as well. Its a very healthy sport and very fun too.

  5. Tennis is great exercise. Its total physical activity! Your arms will be toned and you'll have stronger muscles. Your stamina will develop. You'll feel fitter and have more energy. Your legs will also stay in shape. Its great!
