What best describes the smoothness of Galaxy chocolate?

Of the 3, I'd say silk. Wool and cotton usually aren't that smooth anyway. Galaxy bars are my favorite and I personally describe them as divinely good. : )

I'd go with silk between those three.  Velvet would also be a good word...
