  1. I had this problem last week... try "Red Cross" its at Walgreens 5 or 6 bucks, it helped but had a horrible taste, and burned like h**l on places it wasnt meant to be, Anbesol works really well, but both of these only last about 10 to 20 minutes. I used a narcotic pain reliever, but Motrin helped a lot, take 4 of the 200 mg ones to equal 800 mgs, take it every 5-6 hours. You can also try a hot wash cloth on the side of the face where the tooth is, or cold if that feels better. Sorry hunny, I hope you get help soon, I know how you feel.

  2. I would say salt water. Rinse for 15 minutes each day until the pain subsides.

  3. rum

  4. Take some BC Powder, it dissolves faster than pain-relief tablets, and thus gets to work faster. I can't function without it. Clove oil applied to the area of pain will give instant relief, but doesn't last long.

  5. stanback powder works really well, it eases up the pain, worked for me.
