  1. Italian wines would be key.

  2. Italian soda is delicious, why wouldn't people like it. Also, you can offer San Pelligrino or San Benedetto mineral water. Refreshing stuff. Not as carbonated or burning as Perrier Water.

  3. italian soda definitely.  maybe red and white wines.  if ur trying to limit alcohol then ur options might be pretty limited.

  4. Wine

  5. How about a no alcohol Sangria..here are a couple recipes.

    Sparkling Sangria

    (non-alcoholic)

(winning recipe from Hawaii Prep. Academy)

    2 medium oranges

    2 medium lemons

    1/4 cp. sugar

    1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 6-oz. can frozen apple juice

1 25.4-oz. bottle sparkling apple cider (well chilled)

2 cups (or more) sparkling water

Squeeze & reserve juice from 1 orange & 1 lemon.

Cut second orange & lemon into thin slices.

Place slices in bottom of large pitcher.

    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Crush the fruit/sugar mixture with long spoon.

Blend in reserved citrus juice and apple juice concentrate.

Stir in apple cider. Add sparkling water to taste.

    Makes 2 quarts.

    Citrus Sangria (Non Alcoholic)

    1  apple, cored and sliced

    1  orange, sliced

    1/2  cup sugar

    3  oranges

    2  limes

    2  lemons

40  ounces grape juice (white or red)

    ice

Place sliced apple, orange, and sugar in a 2 quart glass pitcher.

    Juice remaining fruit.

Add juice to pitcher with grape juice and ice.

    Chill until time to serve.

Tip: To make this sangria with alcohol, replace the grape juice with a bottle of white or red wine.

  6. San Pallegrino 'Chinotto' - oh yum!  I love that stuff - it's like coke but better.  I was going to say wine - but obviously you want stuff other than alcohol.  Coffee would also be a good thing to serve.
