What bike should i get, the haro forum counterpart or the eastern element?

Im getting a new bike but i cant choose between these two bikes. I ride mostly street.

Haro forum counterpart

get a fit team trail, its alot better for around the same price, the eastern wont stand up to street it just breaks and bends

and the haro is just junk
