What bike suits me?

I am 14, 6ft tall & thin. The Orbea Liege, Orbea Orca, Trek Madone 6.9 Pro or Trek Madone 6.5

Before you invest in a high end bike, are you done growing, and are you racing competitively?  Those are some pretty high end bikes, and unless you are riding enough to justify dropping thousands and thousands of bucks on a bike that you might outgrow in a year, I really don't understand why you would buy such a pricey bike at your age.  Perhaps money is no object, but if you could provide more info about how much riding, how often, and your goals, we could all offer better advice about the kind of bike you should be looking at.
