What birth control method doesn't increase your risk of stroke?

My neurologist told me he wants me off the current pill I'm on (seasonique) and to use another BC method. I'm at risk for strokes, so what is safe for me to use other than condoms?

  4. The second method is to abstain until you find what is absolutely correct for your condition.

    You can always have s*x.  But you cannot live without the right advice.


  5. condoms, spermicidal cream or jelly, diaphragm.  My wife and I used all of these methods at one time or another and had no trouble.
