What blocks would a 2nd Price Reserved Seat at Birmingham NIA be?

Thinking of buying a ticket to see Oasis off seetickets.com and it gives me a choice of 1st price reserved seat, 2nd and 3rd but I don't know what blocks each will be in. Help pleeeeeease.

You should try the NIA site for exact information. But according to the link below looks like the tickets are fully sold out!
