What blogsite is the best?

i've been willing to let the world know of my thoughts and stuff and i want to write it on a site that often comes up on 1st page when a person searches a topic similar to mine.

people say blogspot is a good choice but are there better or possible a site that is both FREE and the BEST blogsite ever?

Wordpress.com is the best I think. Also blogspot.com isn't bad too.
