What board size is the perfect size for me?

ive been skating for about 4 years now and ive done alot of board hoppin but hear recently ive been skating 8.0 which seems to be good for me i wear a size 12 shoe,weigh about 220 and just bought a 7.81 board

ur gonna have to figure it out for urself to be honest. shoe size doesnt have much to do with it, its mostly balance. and wider deck will be easier to balance but harder to flip. try to find a size thatll feel best to you. go to a local skate shop or look at some of ur friends boards see if u like the feel.

You're the only one that can answer that question. Try the new board out and if you like it better, then go with it, if not, go back to the 8, or try even a wider one.  

I will give you two observations.  Riders with bigger feet, taller riders, bigger riders and vert riders usually prefer wider boards.

Most riders that ride wider boards do not like to go narriwer, but many times like to go wider.

Pick the width that works best for you.

It's a personal preference. Like for example, I got a 7.75 Mystery deck 3 monthes ago but I didn't like the size so I got a new deck and new size which is a Darkstar armor light 7.5 and I love the size myself. I'm 12 years old and I'm going into 6th grade. I would have 7.75 but size is what I didn't like so yeah.
