  1. Yeah its definitely the femur even though it is hollow, as it is the most weight bearing bone in the body, supports the entire weight of the upper body and trunk while standing and walking. Because of this it is constantly being repaired and remodeled.

  3. you didnt really define strongest....but for thing that's least likely to break I would say pelvis.  It's pretty thick and very few people have broken pelvises.  I don't know if this is a consequence of it being 'strong' or it just being in a very secure spot on the body.
