What book am I supposed to read if I want to become a vegetarian?

  3. you can go to goveg.com and they'll send you a free  vegetarian starter kit, and they have TONS of recipes from every ethnic group like mexican, chinese, italian etc. good stuff. and i would start taking daily vitamins and iron supplement pills. im a vegetarian i do :] so you won't get anemic.
