What book did I read in teen fiction?

I remember a book that I loved, but I cannot remember the author or the title. I just remember it being about a boy who lives in the future, and he is a high ranking man, with his father ruling the world basically, and in the end, we find out that he is a clone from Adolf Hitlers genes. The book is called The ________ Gene, as far as I can remember. Please help!
