My sister is having her first baby, a little girl, and has asked for a children's book in lieu of a card. I want it to be something very special, but also appropriate for a child. Any suggestions?

  1. A book called "Guess How Much I Love You."  Very sweet and great for any age child.

  2. check out leap frog products

  3. My Personal favorites:

    - "Oh the Places you'll go" by Dr. Seuss

    - "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein

    - "Bunny My Honey" by Anita Jeram

    - "Goodnight Moon" by Margaret Wise Brown

    - "Brown bear, Brown bear, What do you see?" by Bill Martin Jr.

    - "The very hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle

    - "Love you Forever" by Robert Munsch

  4. You can buy anything really. Steer clear of the really obvious ones like Winnie the Pooh and fairy tales, because everyone else will buy them. What was your favourite picture book when you were a kid? Buy that :)

  5. The classics are always the best...smiles..Nighthawk
