What books are there on building large-scale underground structures?

Are there any books oriented toward civil engineers or engineering students on building large-scale underground structures? How do people learn how to construct modern, very deep military bunkers or those scientific laboratories used in detecting neutrinos built thousands of feet below ground, for instance?

Generally structures design is the same either above ground or under ground , the only deference is the amount of loads, stresses and some other additional stresses, the sizes to resist more loads and stresses will be much more than the normal type, also mind you that soil type plays a great role in the design too
