  1. Try reading the Kite Runner. It's very enjoyable and opens your eyes to a lot of things.


  2. start with children's books and work your way to more difficult reading. you may want to combine your english reading with conversational english with a friend who is fluent in the language. i also recommend reading an english newspaper.
