What booster pack can i find skyscraper in?

Im building a e-hero deck and im just wondering where can i find skyscraper and what cards sre "needed" in an e-hero deck?

Skyscraper can be found in The Lost Millinieum booster as a Super and Ultimate rare or in Duelist Pack Jaden Yuki 1.

Also, Skyscraper 2 - Hero City is a super and ultimate rare in the Strike of Neos booster.

As for what cards are needed in an Elemental Hero deck, it depends on what type of deck you want to build. The only card that fits into any hero build perfectly is Elemental Hero Stratos.
