Best as far as what? Taste or quality?

If it is quality then it is either Aquafina or Deer Park. Both companies have impressive purification processes. You can check it out at their websites.

The kind that you purify at home with one of the many long-life filters available in today's market (such as PUR or Brita) and bottle yourself! Water bottled in plastic is not only a sham to consumers but a never-ending burden to the planet.
