What bra can you wear with a keyhole backed dress?

I got this really cute AE red keyhole dress and I really want to wear it but I don't know how because the main bra shows in the back. What type of bra can you get for something with a keyhole back...and I'm talking a real bra not the stick on cups lol.

A backless bra pretty much the one someone already posted,instead of hugging your back the straps hug your shoulders. I dunno about the support though.

NONE. Backless = braless, people! If doing so would just be too traumatic for you then please do us all a favor and wear a different dress.
