go to a boxing gym and buy an old one off the head guy

the old ones are usually the best and most boxing gyms will give or sell you one

Im not serious into boxing, but for cheap I found one at walmart (I kno cheap!) but its ok, and it has two removable wieghts in each handle so you can change the wieght as you want.
