What brand has the best eyeliner pencil in black?

I'm having the worst luck with eyeliner. It either

Is to sharp, and the color doesn't even come out. Even if you are pushing the pencil hard in your eye. Then the tip breaks on the pencil. Any ideas on the best pencil?

My current favorite is the one by Revlon ColorStay.  It goes on very smoothly without tugging, and it lasts all day, even if you sweat.  It costs about 10 dollars at drugstores.

Annabell and maybeline new york are two really good ones. they glide on easily so you don't have to press really hard for them to show up, there cheap, and they don't smudge or fade.

Almay hands down I have used it for years now. It is self sharpening too so you never have to worry about that. It never smudges and stays on all day. I love it!
