Question:

What brand is the best quality compact florescent?

In the last 2 days I have purchased a 2 pack of n:vison 19w CF's and a 3 pack of Sylvania 19w CF's. All but one bulb (a Sylvania) made a buzzing sound when turned on. I want to find a bulb that doesn't buzz.

  1. I have 9 watt Sunbeam bulbs...no buzzing here.
