What brand of bindings will fit on a burton board other than burton bindings?

its a Burton canyon I'm a cheap noob that would prefer to not pay a ton for a pair of Burton bindings.

  1. Burton bindings are overrated anyway.  Look at Drakes - they're not the cheapest but they're super good quality and cheap for what they are.

    If the bindings have a circular plate in the base you can swap that out for one that is compatible with Burton's silly "I'm going to be different!" s***w pattern.


  2. The only bindings that will work are those with a triangle "Burton 3D" pattern - 3 screws in a triangular pattern.

    Some bindings have the 4 s***w square pattern and the 3 s***w pattern in the same mounting disk and others have to buy a separate set of disks. Look at them and you will be able to tell.

    Look at the Ride EX bindings - nice for the money

  3. You should be able to fit any binding as long as it has a round interchangeable base plate.  All you'd have to do is get a set of burton base plates and swap those out with your bindings ones.
