Well, I'm 5'5 and have long legs and ride in a 16 1/2 Kincade. The saddle is great, it's fit every horse I've ridden.

You would probably need a 14 to 15, but I'm not positive.

There are stores you can go to, to try out saddles and see if they fit.

As far as brand goes, it depends on what your price range is.

You would probably fit in a child's saddle or one with a short flap. You can even have one modified by a good saddler if need be. The only way to find what you like best is to try out several brands. You can usually do this at any reputable tack shop.

You also need to consider how the saddle fits your horse. This is more important because poor saddle fit can cause all sort of problems to your horse's back.
