Fast Cafe 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain

It's the smoothest & best coffee I've ever tried. If you really think about it and rank every type of coffee in the world from best to worst, there is one that is the absolute worst coffee in the world. Fast Cafe 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain is the BEST. Period.

Not a 'brand' but a varietal. It is 2007 crop Kenya Thika Gethumbwini Peaberry. Roasted to Full City. Rested 3 days and ground @ 10.5 on my Maestro Grinder. Water brought to boil set to cool a couple of degrees off boil then poured over the grounds through a SWISS GOLD filter.

This done because I cannot trust the coffee companies to be truthful about when their roast was done, and where their coffee really comes from. (does it contain roasted chickpea also?)....

Kroger's 100% arabica Dark French Roast beans ... made into espresso. Because arabica beans are the best; and lighter roasts don't make good espresso
