What brand of guitar is used in Irish traditional music?

I'm saving up for a Gibson SJ-200 right now ($3,500), but I was just wondering what kind of guitar is used for Irish music, and will the SJ-200 be suitable for Irish music?

Accoustic guitar, usually.

traditional music is all accoustic, with no electric pick up.  guitars used are usually by personal choice but I see a lot of spanish flamenco type wooden guitars being used at sessions.
