What brand of pads should I use and what brand of tampon?

I like stayfree, they're soft and non irritating. I don't use tampons, so I wouldn't know, but I would assume getting one that are extra expandable so they can absorb more. Also, make sure to always get pads with wings!!

I use Tampax tampons with the cardboard applicator

i prefer kotex pads and tampons

I use Playtex Gentle Glide tampons because they have plastic applicators and you can't even feel them. For pads I use always pads. I only wear them at night though.*

I like The pearl tampons.

They have a plastic inserter so it feels better.
