What brand of vehicle is the cheapest to buy new?

I mean price, not necessarily quality... please help!

This is a loaded question.  You can buy a Kia for 10,000 and pay an avergage (consumer reports) of 100.00 to maintain from the go or you can pay 15,000 and get a toyota Scion which is a Toyota and only cost of maintenance which is about 25.00 a month average will be cheaper in long or rather short run and get better MPG by at least 10 MPG in Scion xa.

the cheapest car you can buy new that is out there right now is from Chevyrolet, the Aveo sedan or hatchback. Kia has a wide-range of quality-built cars to suit different buyers and are generally cheaper to buy new than any other brand besides Hyundai which is its corporate-division partner (but Kias are still cheaper). i think they should be worth a lot more than what people are buying them for (that's value for you). Suzuki is another which only makes the most worthless, purposeless, so-not-worth-the-money (in my opinion anyhow) cars you can buy new out there right now. same with isuzu (ugh!).
