What brands are best when you have your period?

tampons: tampax pearl [start with lites, then go to regular] and playtex gentle glide [super good!] and playtex sport.

pads: always ultra thin, kotex thin. pretty much any always or kotex pads are really good.

liners: always dri liners, stayfree thin liners, kotex liners.

those are the ones i use, and they haven't failed me yet! i really like playtex, always, tampax, and kotex as far as the brands go. so stick with those, and you're good! good luck :)

Please check out Insteads!  softcup.  They are an alternative to pads and tampons.  No smell, no leakage issues, and you can wear it twice as long as a tampon.  Please go to the website and check it out!

I always use Stayfree pads.  They seem to be the best I've found.

As for tampons, I usually like Tampax a little better than Playtex, but I'm not as picky with them as I am with pads.

for your first time using tampons, you should use playtex gentle glide.  the applicator is the smallest and it has really good directions in it.  as for liners, my favorite is kotex.  they're super comfortable and stick reallly well compared to the always.

well in my personal experience i believe that always pads are the best. the silk ones make you fell hygenic. you know that feeling when you have put on a pad and it feels all un hygenic? wel you dont get that.

tampons, i dont have experince. im scared every time i try. but both my mum and sis use tampax compack.
