I want a very lightweight bike, that handles well, and is good for doing flatland BMX tricks such as forklots, tailwhips, and barspins.

The best cheap but good and strong flatland bike is the DK Signal its only around $300 ( very cheap for flatland) and is good for beginners and experts alike, its all so easy to upgrade over time to what you like to do.
