What brands of Cars are on Cuba's market?

I know they have Russian Cars and 50's American Cars. What are some modern Cars they have

they have a lot of new cars on the roads. they are all non-north american cars. they have a lot of asian cars. when i was there i drove around in a susuki side kick.

now stating that, you can not just go buy a car from a car dealer like in N.A. only special people, especially, special foreigners can obtain permits to buy a car.

For rent :Hundais, toyotas, Audi , BMW and Peugeots... I rented a car in May last year...

Fiat, Skoda, Audi, Peugeot, Volkswagen

Hyundai, Toyota, Suzuki, Daiwoo (?)

probably a couple of others.

As mentioned, you need authorisation to buy a car - which foreigners resident in Cuba can get, relatively easily but only some Cubans.

They have cars such as Hyundai, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Toyota, and even mini-vans.

But not everyone is Cuba is able to buy a car, depending on their circumstances.

Of course a lot of vintage cars, but there is a fast growing quantity of new foreign cars mainly

of  Asian make. ( Suzuki, Daiwoo, Hundai,etc.)

But also Mercedes, BMW, VW, Audi, etc.

You need a license to buy a car.
