  1. If you are truly trying to go vegan I would not trust ANY products from wal-mart.  Do some research on the horrible things having a wal-mart in your community causes.  I don't shop there, I refuse to support any store that has such low standards and thriving off the poor in the world for their cheap labor.

The walmart movie is poorly done, but gets the point across well.

  2. i believe j/a/s/o/n products should be available there......the walmart closest to me has them.  you can look at their products on their website: http://www.jason-natural.com/

celtic is right....i have seen tom's of main products there too.  they are at http://www.tomsofmaine.com/

sorry, i don't usually shop there so those are the only two i'm sure they carry.

  3. Ummm,i use VO5 shampoo/conditioner but makeup and body wash none from there.

  4. If you can and have one near you, try shopping at Target or Save-A-Lot instead. I know that Target has several organic options (Jason, Dr. Bronner's), and well, even if Save-A-Lot, Winn-Dixie, Choice, Kroger, or whomever doesn't have organic options, shopping at any of those stores should be higher up on the preferred list than shopping at wal mart.

  5. Pretty-much everything available at Wal-Mart is laced with cruelty.

However, I noticed they were selling an organic vegan shampoo for a short while.  I don't think it's available there anymore.

    You're better-off buying from veganessentials.com or Lush.

  6. Walmart is a bd place, i dont shop there, they push sweat shops. buuuuuuut i use alba organic products, they are not tested on animals and they smell soooo yummy and i knwo you can buy them at walmart. they have shampoo, conditioner, body butter, shower wash, acne stuff ect

  7. I understand you pain, honey, I'm broke too! We all know Wal-Mart isn't exactly the most environmentally friendly or human-rights friendly store, however, sometimes when we broke we have to do what we have to do!

Here is the good news: (I don't know about vegan but I know these companies are on PETA's cruelty-free list:

Almay, Estee lauder, Eucerin, Hello Kitty, Paul Mitchell,  Revlon. ...these products should be found at Wal-Mart for reasonable prices. Good luck!

  8. Walmart (at least the one near me) carries Jason, Tom's & Avalon products..All Vegan-Organic & very nice. Ask for them they are quite hidden, I found them by accident.

  9. You are better off purchasing Vegan products from an Indian or Middle Eastern store....

  10. Don't buy from Wal Mart. They are evil. Companies like Wal Mart are pushing for the USDA to redefine the Organic Label so that even some non-organic substances can be used in "organic" food. They do it so they can make more so-called "organic" food. Wal Mart sucks.

  11. try organix shampoos and conditioners. I've also seen tom's of maine and j/a/s/o/n products sold at some.

the organix is okay, but I am not a fan of MOST j/a/s/o/n products. I prefer other brands that are incidentally not sold at walmart.

  12. i dunno about in america but in england there is original source. they might sell it in america. it vegan. :)

    i use it
