i know you have said connemara, but before i read the question i looked at the horse and thought connemara as he looks quite like my friends connemara...

he definitely looks like a native breed. looks a bit like a new forest not exmoor or dartmoor. But he has a finer coat so maybe a new forest cross. I love blu roans he is lovely
